Useless shop, staff and website (you can close your doors with service like this)

If I could give the place a negative I would. Please close your doors. I placed two orders online and received confirmations that the order is ready. I send a driver to pick up. When he got there they said sorry stock take we can't assist. Phone in they say on the website it says stock take which is BS as it does not state any ware they have stock take (I have a screenshot to proof nothing on the home page). They refuse to assist wasting time and Money. Bunch of useless people working there as they keep on dropping the call.
