Useless service at Decofurn

Bought tub chairs online, extremely uncomfortable, ugly color, badly made, logged a return the following day, it is 6 days later and no response from them, apparently they charge an admin fee, for what I have no idea, as they do not appear to have an admin department, will be writing a complaint daily until they respond!!!
