USELESS MANAGEMENT & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

We received a floor lamp as a gift for Christmas and it was faulty. We logged a call with Quintin and Thomas (apparently Management of the Northriding branch) and the lamp was replaced with another faulty lamp. It has now been 3 weeks and it still hasn't been resolved. The faulty lamp is still at our house. With daily phone calls, Thomas and Quintin (the infamous ***** at the Northriding branch) keep promising that we will get a new lamp. Thomas (apparently the Manager), is the best **** of them all - blatantly telling the customer that deliveries will be made yet no one ever shows up. How on earth can you employ staff like this? I will NEVER make use of Decofurn again and I will be sure to inform everyone I know that you are only interested in taking people's money without delivering a service.

DO NOT BUY FROM DECOFURN!!!!!!!!!! The cheap prices indicate the poor quality of their products and the poor management of this company.
