Unsatisfactory service

Do not buy from them ,they lack professionalism and they don’t value their customers . I bought something from them , it was delivered at the wrong address without my knowledge.The driver didn’t call me , packaged was signed off by another person I don’t even know without my knowledge . They finally retrieved the package , and it was already opened , they forced me to take the package or I have to pay cancellation fee or delivery fee
