I paid Decofern Amarosa for a call-out and assembly service. While they were very quick to take payment, the customer service afterward was extremely disappointing. When I followed up to confirm timing, I was passed around with no clear answers — sent from pillar to post. I ended up having to cancel all my other commitments and wait around the entire day, only for them to finally arrive at 16:30 with no prior notice or apology. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend their services.
