Unprofessional and ********* behaviour from decofurn

I returned 4 mystic mirrors purchased online to the store and was promised that they will refund my account. It has been 10 days and have not received any refund. When I call the call center, they put me on hold for countless minutes without any assistance whatsoever, I dont understand how a company can be so unprofessional
