UNHAPPY PAYING CUSTOMER

I have the worst experience with them, I had bough a bedroom suit over ten years ago which had the poorest quality, I gave them a try again last week for my kid's robes. First they will not be delivering to my home though the system indicates that I qualify for free deliver as I have paid over 10k. On Friday after numerous calls between the store and head office I resorted to collecting on Sunday only to get to the store at 12:15 and the store was closed without a communication I drove all the way for nothing, today after calling a number of times either the person who took my call or the store manager hung up on me I redial and called back by an aggressive manager who spoke over me and responding without hearing me out. He again hung up on me while trying to get his name. I want those robes delivered in my house no later than today.
