Unhappy, disappointed, annoyed and angry

They are the worst,I ordered things online on the 28th of May an I paid for delivery.then they tell me that I must go n fetch my things in another town because their Couriers do not come to where i live.i told them I can't afford to fetch them in another town and they were here a few months back delivering my friends things,I have asked that they refund me my money if they are unable to deliver them to where I stay, we are close to two months now n I still haven't gotten my money or my delivery.
