Unhappy Customer

I'm not happy wrt how my order was handled. I paid upfront and they never delivered my order. After numerous follow ups - I get different Stories (Confirming Deliver of ALL my goods) but not honouring the delivery. When I followed up again, I was told my 1 order (Headboard) isn't there after they confirmed they had it. I then asked that they deliver the other goods - This never happened though I was promised daily that " Today is the day, the truck has left to deliver" I'm very disappointed not sure I'll buy anything from them again (The first time I bought there - I was given the wrong order)
