unhappy client

@Decofurn centirion gave me the worst service ever today my husband went to collect a coffee table that was said to be in store i can collect worse part they kindly asked if i can opt for another color because the color i ordered is in a ship somewhere i had no problem with this but to my surprise the shop assistant tells me 2day on the phone that that the table i was actually told is in store was never there.These people are busy ******** people its time the furniture ombudsman stepped in the manager and his staff are ************* from day one the white staff members treated me like trash i took cause while it was still early i thought they having a bad till today when the assistant manager a white refused to speak to me on the phone. I hope i will get my full refund in the next 7 days
