Unfortunate mismatch

I am calling this the 'Unfortunate mismatch'. This company sells reasonably priced, quality furniture and their staff are helpful and accommodating. The problem arrives when it comes to delivery of the paid-for goods. Their driver had no idea how to use GPS, I have been waiting 2 hours since they called to say it is on route (it should take 20 minutes). The driver then phones me and asks me to meet him so that he can follow me. I paid R250 for delivery but the driver has no clue where to go. What a pity, brands can be destroyed by a lack of competence.
