Unfairly treated and denied to purchase goods in store

<p>On 07 January 2017, I went to Decofurn Factoryshop in ****arney Gardens.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to by a sleeper coach and a TV stand after I saw those Items on their website catalogue and on pamplets. Then i got in store there was the furniture I came for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so dissapointed that It was the last one and the Manager with an unpleasant attitude refused to sell that one to me without a valid reason.</p> <p> </p> <p>He told me staright on my face that it is the last one and he is not selling it.</p> <p>I begged him and what really made me so dissapointed is that they have other branches and he was not will to phone them to find out if they have more. and he told me why dont you go check in Access Park yourself.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hummbled myself begging him and trying to create jokes and seriously the man told me in my face that " you just waisting your time because I'm not selling this to you"</p> <p> </p> <p>People around the shop looked around and started say, "just leave it Sisi because this man is showing off and he's telling you straight on your face that you cant get it.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question this this is, what wrioghts do I have a a customer after being treated like this?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me to understand if I did anything wrong?</p> <p>Am I entitled to purchase the last product instore?</p> <p> </p> <p>Who's responsibility is it to find out from other branches if they have that product?</p> <p> </p> <p>Is customer service for certain people?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>When I got there</p>
