Unfair Treatment, Horrible Service and Empty Promises.

On the 4th June I purchased 2 occasional chairs (Missy Velvet Fabric - Teal) in Boksburg branch was assisted by Dumisani Thonyama. He told me that the chairs are out of stock however the order will be placed for me and I will be notified as soon as they have them. On the 29 of June I received a call from Dumisani informing me that the chairs are ready for collection. I drove straight to the shop after work to collect my chairs but unfortunately when I got there I was told that they have sold them to someone else because I failed to collect them on the day they sent me an SMS. I told them that I was not sent any sms and requested for proof to see if indeed the SMS was sent. They did not have anything to prove instead I was told to choose different chair that are on stock. Well I chose Shell Velvet - Navy Blue when it was time to get the chairs I told to top up extra R400.00 which I did not have. I asked to speak to the store manager (Bonita) about the unfair treatment and bad service I was getting, little did I know that I was about to receive the most horrible service from her. To cut the story short she ended up telling me that she will place an urgent order which will be delivered to my place between Friday 3/07/2020 and Monday 6/07/2020. Today it is the 07/07/2020 and still with no chairs. When I called her to follow up, with cheekiness she told me that it is not her fault that the head office people did not do their jobs and I must either take my money, wait further or choose something else.....
