********* Practice with refunds

Cheap furniture, but disgusting service and ********* business practice regarding refunds. I changed my mind in store didn't even collect my purchases from the depot. I got a reversal on my credit card but its been a week now and the money still hasn't been returned to my account. Its absolutely appalling practice. Is it even in line with the consumer protection act?
