Undeliveried items and no feedback when calling in

I ordered an oval coffee table, but only the table top got delivered and not the legs and assemble parts

I called on the 15th of November and again on the 20th of November. Both calls I was diverted from one department to the next. Finally ending up at the warehouse who needed to check and would call me back. I have provided the number that the account was opened with as well as my new contact number neither of which has resulted in a call back
