Unassemble furniture and now its a mess

I am soooo disappointed with decofurn. I bought a chest of drawer and 2 pedestals online (like buying any other normal furniture). it was delivered whilst i was at work. When i got home I found out it was not assemble. Me and my brother we tried looking at the instructions, to see if we cant do it ourselves, but we couldn't. I called decofurn to tell them my problem, they said i have to pay additional money for assembling the furniture and also pay for the transport that will come to my home to assemble the furniture. Because i have spent the last cent i had when buying those items, i told them i don't have. then they said there's nothing they can do. I decided to look for someone who is experienced in carpentry (he did wall wardrobes and kitchen built-in cupboards at home. To my surprise, he also couldn't do it. the worst part is that he has messed the whole furniture up to a point where I can't even use it anymore. I am crying right now because I've spent close to R3000 in buying these items including delivery...and it all went down the drain, just like that. The funny thing is that when i purchased those items online, there is nothing saying the furniture is un-assemble, even the image its an assembled one.....I f i will ever buy anything from decofurn. Will also warn other people aswell to stay away from decofurn
