Unacceptable quality. Unacceptable customer service.

Bought the Molly Sleeper Couch online. I can't give zero stars. So I'll give them one because at least I got my money back. Cheap, unstable furniture. It's giving Temu.

Returns process was awful. Had to go through two inspections to see if the thing was faulty. At one point, a manager told me they have to inspect the item because "my floor might not be level"! Eventually it was chalked up as a "factory defect", but I think they just sell ******* imported from who knows where and then fight you when you don't like it. Maybe they just hope you'll give up?
