Unacceptable. Order still not delivered and no indication of delivery date

I placed an order online on the 31st of December 2018, on the website it states that delivery to Johannesburg takes 5-7 working days. Normally you are meant to be notified when delivery will be make within 2 days. Today is the 6th working day and I still do not know when my order would be delivered, i have sent emails and called and I have not got an answer, all I received was a 'Sorry'. When I called today I was told my order was processed on the 7th of January, which is 4 working days after I placed the order. What is the point of having SLAs if you are not going to keep them. Unacceptable as there has been no communication from Decofurn's side, i had to keep driving the communication, which shouldn't be the case.
