To return an item you have to pay them

Please be aware that unlike any other shop in South Africa. Decofurm will charged you a ' handling fee' for returning an unwanted item after purchase. I still am unsure if this is a flat rate or is related to the purchase amount. So be 100% sure of an item before purchasing it.
