Think Twice about Purchasing here!

I purchased a Recliner on Tuesday 3 Dec and received confirmation of my order. On 7 Dec, the courier tried to deliver 2 items that weren't mine.....he was sent away. That Evening at 8pm, he tried to deliver TWO chairs to us that weren't addressed to us. We refused the delivery. I contacted the company and they insisted we wait until the time had expired for the delivery to take place, then they would refund me. To date this has not happened! I have had people contact me and ask the situation and then they disappear and I don't hear anything. I sit with NO CHAIR and NO REFUND OF over R3000. The UNPROFESSIALISM and HORRIBLE SERVICE of this Company astounds me! This is not the way to do business!
