Think carefully before purchasing from Decofurn, horrible service and extremely poor quality products

Think carefully before you buy from Decofurn: They don’t do refunds, longs stories and a lot of strings attached Trying to get hold of Decofurn is impossible, switchboard answers the phone then transfer you to non existent customer service, tried 6 times and this happens every time you phone Assembly instructions not user friendly at all and to top it incorrect! Had to take the unit back for a refund as it’s impossible to assemble and parts are skew, panels uneven just absolutely poor quality. Get to Decofurn, wait 3min just to be told they can not refund and I have to pay a R100 assembly fee and the sales agent should have told me it when I purchased it 6 days ago. Had to pay R100 assembly fee, go back to collections wait another 30min to be helped. Then they told me they can’t assemble it and I have to come back 2 hours later!!! The They have the audacity to tell me they can deliver for additional fee. So in total 4 hours of my time wasted by Decofurn!
