They take your money but won’t deliver!

I purchased office furniture and bar stools from Decofurn on 28 April 2020. The payment made also included delivery and installation. I still have not received the furniture. The first time I followed up I was told I would receive the order the next week and that didn’t happen. I followed up again with them via email. They responded on the 4th of June saying the order has been despatched and therefore they wouldn’t be able to cancel the order and refund me, as I had asked. I asked them to send me a tracking number and they did not respond. I have sent many emails after that and have send comments and DMs on Instagram to try and get my money back, but they are ignoring all my emails and DMs. They are the biggest ******** and I want my money back. I will never buy anything from them ever again.
