They refuse me to return the goods

i bought 2x wardrobes and a chest of drawer, i was dissatisfied with the other wardrobe and i immediately called them to request it returned within 7 days they stalled deliberately and said things like it was already dissembled when it was them that assembled it!!! i do not want it they giving me a run around
