THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED

I don't understand how this place is still in business. They need to be reported. I paid for 3 items in April and it's October and I still haven't gotten my things. If you go to the store, they're extremely rude and unhelpful and never have stock. When you message them on social media, you get a promise of a phone call that will never happen. I've given up trying to call them because they drop the call in my ear as soon as I start complaining. I don't know what to do anymore.
