THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The worst customer service i have ever received in my life! I have never come across a business with such *********** staff, that honestly couldn't give a damn about the client experience, the quality of the products and communication.

I'm going into week 4 of trying to sort out an issue with couches and if i dont make the initial contact, i wouldn't hear from them.

I'm beyond gatvol and just hope no one else has to experience this.
