The Worst

Terrible.

My team and I decided to give the store a try and provide our online viewers with honest reviews.

By far, they have the worst delivery time compared to any other furniture store. For some background context; We ordered the exact same item from four other popular furniture stores, including delivery costs. The results were: two items arrived the following day from different , one arrived a few days later, and Decofurn took six days. This was, of course, after making calls inquiring about the delivery, resulting in us feeling frustrated and demanding to collect the item from the store directly.

Communication regarding an order is terrible. However, they are very good at flooding mailboxes with newsletters. It seems like they do well in attracting customers but cannot handle incoming orders, resulting in extremely delayed delivery times and poor customer service communication.
