Terrible service from Sherry D and Babalwa!!

I am very unhappy about the terrible service that I received today from Sherry D(secure chat) department and Babalwa from online department. This is after I placed an order online on the 20th of this month and today I received an email with voucher equivalent to the value of my order. Tried to contact via secure chat to understand what was it for and Sherry D was the one I was dealing with- the service is appalling to say the very least,her attitude is the worst. All she told me was that it was cancelled and my account was credited, when I enquire about who cancelled and how was it cancelled that's when she told to me that doesn't deal with cancellations therefore she cannot assist any further. I still need to find out who cancelled my order #***8 and how was it cancelled.
