Terrible service from online team and call center service

I ordered online. I never received a proof of purchase and confirmation of order but the money went off my account. I keep emailing and calling decofurn and nobody bothers to help me. I was told to send a proof of payment I did. I need that stock before the new year but now they are not answering the call center
