Terrible Service from Decofurn Northriding.

Bought an item from them (Decofurn Northriding) recently. Worst customer service I have ever received. First the sales guy makes promises for delivery on a certain day and when they encountered problems, nobody bothered to call me and tell me. When I contacted them, they all say they will get back to me shortly and none of them did. When the delivery is supposed to happen, the driver called me at 9:21am and said he'll deliver in the afternoon. Afternoon came and went, still don't have my item. He didn't even bother to call and notify me. Called him at 5:30pm, and then he says he'll deliver at 7:30pm to 8pm. This is terrible service
