Terrible service

I tried to order a tv unit online. I could not adf assembly. I live 10 mins from the Roodepoort Deorfurn, as system says assembly not available in my area. But if i buy INSTORE it can be arranged

I then had to drive to the acrual store on Black Friday weekend and with road closures only to be told the system is down and they do not know wjen it will be on.

Pathetic!!!
