Terrible Service

I bought a mattress from Decofurn on the 20th of March 2020, normally delivery is 7-10 working days, I can understand with lockdown it will take a bit longer but its been more than a month now and I still don't have the mattress. Customer Service support is non existent as they don't get back to you or send your a one liner surprised that you don't have it yet. This will be the last time I ever buy from them.
