Terrible service and complete failure to deliver on promises

I ordered a couch set from Decofurn on the 8th of December and I have still not received it. They claim that deliveries are done within 1 - 10 working days and it has been 13 working days already. I have phoned the call center more than 10 times and tried phoning the JHB depot probably 15 times without any success. The worst service from any retailer in SA! Would think twice before supporting them again!
