Terrible service

They do not even deserve the one star rating.Being shoved from pillar to post by their Centurion store and the manager is a ****.Bought some kitchen chairs,they sent people to my house to assemble(which I paid for),guys pitched up *****drivers(this should have been my first red flag.Long story short,someone sat on one of the chairs and the support beam snapped.Now I am battling to get a refund from Decofurn even after I have spent R1000’s of rands with the company.I would not recommend any buy from them.They have no idea what customer service is.
