Terrible service

Terrible experience ordering & trying to return from Decofurn online store - zero consideration of Covid restrictions in regards to disposing of packaging. Taking advantage of customers needing to dispose of packaging for safety reasons and thus adding a hefty 20% handling fee for a return which is in a pristine condition. Highly do not recommend ordering from their online store.
