Terrible service

They delivered the wrong couch, clearly having been the employee's mistake not processing the correct request. We notified them same day and all the manager could say is that we have to pay for delivery again, because apparently "it's a third party... and there's nothing they can do." Imagine having to pay twice for a service because someone was ***********. And there's a 5% penalty for refund. I'm convinced they don't care about their customers nor providing good service. Very appalled!!!
