Terrible service

I made a purchase online of tv unit on the 9th of December 2023, after everything that went through was only told 2 days later that they do not deliver in my area. Ibthen went to collect the item in store and required the delivery amount to be refunded back in to my account and I AM STILL WAITING. Everyday I call them and advise that the refund has been made on the 14th of December but they can not send me proof of it. It almost a month still waiting on my refund and no one can assist.
