Terrible quality with no customer service

I had purchased my first bed from them in 2016. A year later i bought the second 1 thinking i would receive the same quality. Unfortunately a month later the bed was squeaking and making a ton of noises. When i complained they sent a guy to have a look and he said it was rubbing against the frame of the bed and that it will stop as time goes. Now the matress is in terrible condition as i can only feel springs and it still makes a ton of noises.

These guys sell junk as specials just to make money but there is no customer service whatsoever.

This is disgusting for a big company
