Terrible quality and terrible service.

I bought a couch in July of this year. I had to send it back after the leg broke and it was sagging in the middle of the couch. Decofurn came to collect the couch almost three weeks ago and I cannot seem to get any communication via email or via telephone. I have requested a full refund.

Let me not even mention that I was in their store for two hours trying to arrange my couch in the first place.
