TERRIBLE / NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolutely terrible service received from Decofurn!!

We went to look for a office desk on Saturday, the desk we wanted was not in stock so the lady said she will order it for us, she did the order in front of us, we proceeded with the payment and she said we can just collect on Monday (18 Jan 2021).

After asking them multiple times if it would be possible for my partner to collect the item on my behalf as I am busy and them saying it is 100% fine as long as she has my ID.

My partner drove all the way to the decofurn store in Boksburg just to find out the lady had ordered the wrong desk! How she ordered the wrong desk I don’t know as she physically saw the desk we wanted and confirmed the colour we wanted!

They then refused to help my partner as they said the person who purchased the item needs to be in store (after asking and confirming that it would be fine if I wasn't there)

They had absolutely no respect and NO solution as to what they are going to do about it, I was on the phone the whole time and they refused to speak to me.

I then told my partner to cancel the order and ask them to credit us the amount we had paid already as no one was giving us a solution.

All they did was stand there with a mouth full of teeth! The manager was just as useless and couldn't solve the problem.

On top of everything there was another customer who had a problem and they also could not assist her!

Decofurn you really need to find people who know how to work with customers and can problem solve difficult situations!

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!! And I will make sure that people will know about this terrible terrible service you guys have!!
