Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience today with Decofurn in Boksburg after being their Client for so many years, I bought a Chair last week and when I arrived home I found that it was too small so I called them they said I must return it, however when I arrive today I was told I cant return the chair after spending my petrol to the shop. i had to call their head office in Capetown but with no luck there. I didn't expect this experience from them i am so disappointing and the long relationship that I had with them is broken with just a mere chair. I spoken to Sharlene, Shane, Neh and Mbali. Bad experience that i have encountered today I must say. No one seems to care whether I used petrol to bring the chair back. My number is ***
