Terrible customer service

Not at all happy with the customer service received. Contacted them and didn't get a call back from them. The lady on the other end have a I don't care attitude at the call centre. I requested to do an in-store exchange for an item ordered online today when I collect my order from the Boksburg hub. Was told to send an email and then they will let me know in 2-3 days if this is possible. It's suppose to be a simple process, not rocket science!!!
