Terrible Customer Service

If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would !

The service is absolutely unacceptable, the generic customer email address and customer care call centre are useless. It's taken 3 days just for them to request a VAT certificate when I asked for the number to be added to the invoice last week. Then it takes another 24 hours to add the VAT number to the invoice, the customer care agents just provide the same generic feedback with every call... "the response time is 72 hours".

What kind of business remains profitable with a 72 hour response time in an economy where efficiency is of the essence!? It's unacceptable !
