Terrible Aftersales service

Purchased a lounge suite 2 weeks ago, was advised that it would take 10 working days to deliver, cool. Getting proper feedback on the order proved to be problematic, thevstandard answer was "give me your number and someone will call you back"... No callback recieved. Eventually got through to someone who advised that screenshots are being taken of the order???? Still unable to answer a simple question.. "is the order still on track for delivery and is the order correct"... ****, went right over heads to answer. ANYWAY, the furniture arrives and its the completely incorrect order. The furniture that arrived isnt even displayed on the floor so Heaven only knows how this particular order was placed. THES BEST PART is going back and advising the outlet that its incorrect... The attitude is as if you as the paying customer are doing them a favour by actually giving them business. The aftersales was absolutely ****, well, it actually doesnt exist when the incompotence of a simple order is brought to their attention, let alone being able to answer simple, straightforward customer queries. EVENTUALLY after having to deal with the bad attitudes of bad service, it appears as though the issue has been resolved, we have been advised that the correct furniture will be delivered in the next 4 days. Lets see, I wont be surprised if that doesnt happen either and the CPA needs to get involved. Perhaps you have had a good experience with this outlet, and thats great, but my experience has been very very poor and dissatisying as a customer trying to show support to a business. For me, I wont be going back and unfortunately wont endorse the Company as a trusted brand due to the poor service recieved post purchase. Alot more detail could be shed as to exactly what was said etc, etc, but, there is not enough space in this pane to write everything, so, its your choice as a customer at the end of the day. There are loads of other places to purchase furniture who are more than happy to get business, not just this place.
