Terrible after-sales service

Terrible after-sales service. Received my table in a damaged box with no accessories to fit the table. Waiting for 10 days for the original delivery.

After complaining about the damaged box and no accessories, I was told it would arrive here at the latest 48 hours. It's been 48 hours now and they can't provide with a tracking number because it hasn't been sent yet.

They claim it will be sent again withing 48 hours.

Every time a new excuse.
