Terrible!

Where do I even start. This place is an absolute joke, there service is terrible and they do not care, you are just another customer and they don’t care what the outcome is. A months ago we bought a piece of furniture from Decofurn Greenstone. Was towards the end of April. When purchasing the product we were told that they didn’t have any stock of the product and that it would be there in no later than 10 days to collect. 10 days later I still had no phone call so I called them. After having to call THEM and them not having the decency or courtesy to inform me, I was told that the product had to be shipped and it would arrive mid May. Mid May came, still no phone call. So after having to call them numerous times again and going to their store we were told it would arrive end of May.(1 month later) After all this the end of May came and still we had not received what we had purchased. June came and we called and went in store and every week there on we were assured that it would arrive that week and still it had not arrived. We then finally got a phone call this week that it was there so we went to collect it. We got in store and when we arrived our piece of furniture was not there because they had over sold their stock that they had. They then had the nerve to ask us to go and collect one from Boksburg which is extremely far and for all the inconvenience caused the least they could of done was offer to have it delivered to us once they had received another one. I used to think decofurn was great and recommended it and now I would never recommend them to anyone. The service and experience that we have encountered with them is so unacceptable and appalling and is an absolute joke. And what makes it worse is that they do not care.
