taking time to responde to my returns

I have sent an email for returns of my products since im not satisfied with them, I've sent photos of the products on the 3rd of December 2018, contacted them and sent emails but no reply, no even acknowledgement of receipt of my email of photos sent, I cannot count how many emails to different email address I have sent but no reply, even within or after 24 hours no reply, what a bad service.
