Survive and quality unexceptable

I have purchased leather couches at decofurn 2 years ago.i was at the William Moffet stores to lay a complain regarding it I was told to email the manager with the pics of where the couches is peeling of& tearing and proof of purchase. The manager responded to the mail "even though the warranty is pass he will send send it through to head office ". It's been 3 weeks and no respond after that. A person pay alot of money and expect it to last a long time because u can't purchase new couches every 2 years. Its unexceptional!!! Im Very disappointed in the quality
