Substandard sleeper couch

On the 24 January 2015 I bought a beta leather sleeper couch from the Rooihuiskraal shop. This sleeper couch broke at the bottom on the 22 March 2015. I must state that iwas only sitting on it when it broke at frame. On the 23 March 2915 I contacted Clinton and informed him about this. I dropped off the couch on the 24 March 2015 for repairs. On the 31 March 2015 I received the couch back from Decofurn. The couch subsequently broke on exactly the same place on the 31 Mrach 2015 when I sat on it for the first time after the repair. I contacted them again 1 April 2015 and spoke to Ouma and she said Clinton would phone back. On the 11 April 2015 I contacted them and spoke to Cornel the regional manager. He said they will not replace the couch or refund me my money. He also said the anly way I will get my money is if I go to the ombudsman. The desired solution required is my moneyback.
