Sub standard goods

I bought two beds from Decofurn ( for us and for my daughter). The one we use has a base made of small planks joining at the centre. If you just turn while sleeping these planks are falling. Instead of sleepng you spend the entire night fixing these planks.

The bed one for my dayghter, the headboard is broken and you can’t take it back, the *****s are now smaller than the ever growing holes. I feel Decofurn ****** me. I dont see any value for my money. I dont know if am the only one having this nightmare or most customers. I actually regret because most of the things in my house are from Decofurn so maybe soon the problem will intensify
