Store refused to honour price on item

Paid for two ghost chairs on special today at the Amorosa branch . On collection the staff realised that the prices were incorrect. There were two types . It became apparent that the price tags were placed incorrectly on the chairs. We expected the company to honour the price on the chair we paid for ,but both store manager and his superior , who he called on the telephone refused to do that. They offered a refund instead which we refused, on principle,based on the fact that it was the stores mistake. Was really only a R128 that the store would have had to concede. Any other store would have honoured the price marked on the item. To our disgust the store manager DARREN even insinuated that WE may swopped the prices on the chairs. Unbelievable!! Completely outraged by the poor service and low business ethic. Will never shop at decofurn again
